Chamomile (soothing)-its sedative effect is soothing and calming. Most of the medical qualities are in the vapors. Helpful for insomnia, cramps, and fever - used extensively with children.

Lavender - (calming),effects are restorative and relaxing. Helpful for headaches, migraines, respiratory ailments, dizziness, and nausea.

Peppermint - (stabilizing)useful for stuffiness, muscle pain, colds and flu, and tummy upsets
