Total = $93-$147.99 Shipping = $9.95

Total = $148-$199.99 Shipping = $11.95

Total = $200-$249.99 Shipping = $13.95

Total = $250-$299.99 Shipping = $15.95

Total = $300-$349.99 Shipping = $18.95

Total = $350 up Shipping = $21.95

10 to 15.99 lbs add $3.00 to Shipping Charge

16 to 24.99 lbs add $5.00 to Shipping Charge

Do you have gift certificates?

Gift certificates will be mailed to recipient 24 hours after order has been placed. Coupons cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.

What is your refund policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products. You may return certain items, in their original condition, up to 15 days after receiving merchandise. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee not to exceed 30% of purchase price. All sales are final on custom made or personalized items. Kids costumes and products considered to be hygienic items, including but not limited to, bed linens, potties, eating utensils, etc. may not be returned or exchanged.

How do you handle exchanges?

Certain items may be exchanged within 15 days after item has been purchased. Item must be unused in original condition and in original packaging. Kids costumes and accessories, and items considered to be hygienic items, including but not limited to, bed linens, potties, eating utensils etc. MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. SuperSmartyPants.com has the right to refuse to exchange any item that is deemed by us to be a "hygienic" item. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer on exchanged items.

Can I cancel an order?

Cancelled or Refused Orders that have already shipped will be billed a 30% restocking fee plus shipping charges both ways. Free shipping promotions will not apply to cancelled or refused orders that have already shipped.
