Super Smarty Pants is a small business dedicated to enriching lives by providing unique and fun products to help children learn. We have a vast selection of items, some of which are handcrafted, hard to find and award winning. And all of them are sure to please you and your super smarty pants.
Our goal is to provide a superior shopping experience to those offered by the giant toy store chains. How many times have you taken your child to a toy store, searching for the current must have toy, only to find empty shelves and a less than helpful staff? After visiting store after store, you finally find the must have toy, bring it home and, after five minutes of playing with it, your child realizes it's not as "cool" as it looked on TV. After 10 minutes parts begin falling off. And after 15 minutes, the toy finds its place at the bottom of the toy box with the must-have-has-beens. This is disappointing for your child and you. What a waste of money and time?!
After this scenario happened to us one too many times, we created SuperSmartyPants.com. We wanted consumers to enjoy shopping and their kids to get the most out of play time. By shopping at Super Smarty Pants, you get the convenience of on-line shopping and the confidence from knowing we carry only educational products of the highest quality. -Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, and weight of order. Certain items ship directly from the manufacturer and therefore may ship separately from the rest of your order. Most in stock items will ship within 3 days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times are estimates and due to the fact that many of our items are custom made, shipping times may vary slightly. SuperSmartyPants.com reserves the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice to ensure that the most efficient and cost effective method is utilized at the time of purchase. We will ship all orders ground (5-7 days)via one of the following carriers - USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL. Certain orders may be expedited. Please contact us for a shipping quote and to check availability BEFORE placing your order. Free shipping promotions apply to Ground shipping only. Upon completion of your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your shipping details which will include the shipping carrier that will be used, and a tracking number when applicable.

-Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We stand behind the quality of our products. You may return certain items, in their original condition, up to 15 days after receiving merchandise. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee not to exceed 30% of purchase price. All sales are final on custom made or personalized items. Kids costumes and products considered to be hygienic items, including but not limited to, bed linens, potties, eating utensils, etc. may not be returned or exchanged.
-Exchanges
Certain items may be exchanged within 15 days after item has been purchased. Item must be unused in original condition and in original packaging. Kids costumes and accessories, and items considered to be hygienic items, including but not limited to, bed linens, potties, eating utensils etc. MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. SuperSmartyPants.com has the right to refuse to exchange any item that is deemed by us to be a "hygienic" item. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer on exchanged items.
Cancelled or Refused Orders that have already shipped will be billed a 30% restocking fee plus shipping charges both ways. Free shipping promotions will not apply to cancelled or refused orders that have already shipped.
